Deli Specialist
Daytime counter and line. Take orders, build sandwiches, keep the board moving, make Gastonia glad they came in. You already know how to work a rush; we'll teach you the menu.
Bartender
After hours, behind the cigarette machine. Pour a proper drink, keep the room easy, treat regulars like regulars. Speakeasy hours — evenings, not the lunch shift.
Server/Runner
The floor after 5. Run food and drinks, reset tables, notice who needs what before they ask. Comfortable on your feet; unfazed by a full room.
